Auto Transport for Mercedes-Benz C 220 The Mercedes-Benz C-class cars were first produced in the summer of 1993 as a substitute for the Benz 190s. These were mid-sized cars, created to attract new entrants into the luxury automobile market. Currently on their third generation, the car has seen many major updates, but it had humble beginnings as a four-door sedan with rear wheel drive and a choice of 2.2-liter, 4-cylinder or 2.8-liter, 6-cylinder engines. From the start, the C 220 was taken to be luxurious, an example of status and a safe ride given that it had great safety reports. Perchance one of the qualities most raved about is the performance of the C 220, which is logical because its producer, Daimler-Benz, created the first internal combustion engine in the world in 1885. However, many owners complain that parts tend to be expensive and aren't all that easy to install. Further, Benz-qualified mechanics don't come too cheap and too are hard to find.

However, on the bright side, the C220's design is very tasteful. It is soft and round, but still looks like a Mercedes-Benz. The branded grille may be ever lower and wider than previous models, but one can still tell the car's legacy. Oddly, there is only one large windshield wiper, and even the mirrors are mounted such that they reduce noise levels. The C 220 is also laced in chrome trim, which was taboo for some time. In terms of the safety of the automobile, Mercedes-Benz created the now-common safety-cage and crush zone construction in the early 1950s. Of course the C 220 uses this design. Further, dual air bags and antilock brakes are also included as standard, and for those looking for a little more, a traction control system is available. Bottom line, this vehicle is sharp, and it has everything a driver could be looking for, both mechanically and stylistically.
