Toyota Matrix Auto Transport
Combine the styling of an SUV and the comfort of a sedan, and blend together with the high standard of quality expected by the Toyota brand name, and the result is an innovate looking and ultra stylish crossover vehicle known as the Matrix. The four door Matrix was first launched for the 2003 model year, the first of its kind in the Toyota lineup for the United States. The vehicle saw an instant response from consumers, for its ability to offer a total package of looks, equipment, and fun drivability. The Matrix is available in a variety of color choices with contemporary names like indigo ink and lunar mist. The two wheel drive Matrix was also available in an all wheel drive design in all years prior to 2007, and is built with a four speed automatic or five or six speed manual transmission. Including in the standard features are air conditioning and AM/FM radio with compact disc, as well as tilt steering. Optional available features include a power sunroof, a six disc CD changer, and a subwoofer to allow for extra bass from the stereo system. The now discontinued XRS trim style offered a higher level of standard equipment in exchange for a slightly higher price tag, and included standard cruise control. In the 2004 model year, several extra value packages were made available as options, giving buyers an opportunity to further make the Matrix they purchase an expression of their individual style. For 2005, the Matrix received several exterior enhancements, and in 2006 a top notch JBL sound system was added to the long list of options. The 2007 model year marked the premier of the Matrix's second generation model. Included among the standard safety equipment is antilock brakes, a vehicle anti-theft device and driver passenger airbags. The interior is thoughtfully designed and boasts a high level of comfort as a result. Generous storage space is further enhanced by a second row folding seat in addition to a standard cargo net and optional load bearing exterior rack. Smooth handling makes for an easy drive, which is welcomed during longer commutes. The Toyota Matrix serves a multitude of purposes from running family errands to weekend road trips. It is a perfect vehicle for the individual one seeking a unique middle ground between a plain car and expensive, gas guzzling sport utility vehicle.
