Scion tc

The Scion brand was developed for the 2004 model year by Japanese automaker Toyota, targeting a youthful audience. The Scion tc is the third and latest edition, first introduced for the 2005 model year and the only model made exclusively for the division. A two door sports coupe, the vehicle comes with a long list of impressive standard features and all the perks one would expect from a sports car, at an equally attractive price. The Scion tc is attractive and unique on the exterior, available in colors with funky names like flint mica and azure pearl. The vehicle interior is roomy and will seat up to five passengers comfortably. Passengers traveling in the back seat will pleasantly find spacious leg room and more than is expected of a sports car. Generous cargo space throughout is especially convenient when packing to head back to the dorm or for a weekend road trip. The second row seat folds down for additional space. The tc is also an outstanding that is well worth the investment considering that features such as power window and door locks, air conditioning, sunroof and AM stereo with compact disc player and tinted glass are all standard, along with cruise control and steering wheel mounted audio controls for added convenience. In 2006, the Scion tc received several upgrades, including an all new audio system by Pioneer. An optional accessory package was also made available to buyers. The 2007 model year produced a second optional package, the tc Spec Package, which includes steel wheels and several front-end treatments. In all of the years that the Scion tc has been rated by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, it has enjoyed high marks, including a five star driver frontal crash test rating. A standard anti lock braking system and tire pressure monitoring round out the overall peace of mind in safety provided by the Scion tc. This vehicle is for anyone in the younger generation looking for a fun to drive, smooth ride that is accompanied by style, power and an affordable price tag.
