Cadillac SRX Car Transport Quotes
Cadillac came out with another new model in 2004. This time calling it the Cadillac SRX which is a mid-size luxury crossover SUV that is produced by the Cadillac division of General Motors. The engine options for this model are excellent; drivers can select either the 4.6 L 320 hp Northstar V8 or the 260 hp High-Feature V6. Additionally, it is built on the GM Sigma platform and comes equipped with a five or six-speed automatic transmission. Lastly rear-wheel drive and four-wheel drive are available. The SRX will provide plenty of luxury with an all-leather interior and curtain side airbags that come standard. Drivers who select the V8 will receive heated front seats and wood interior trim as standard. (They can of course be added as options on the V6 as well.) Both models have a DVD player, navigation system and sunroof available as add-ons. Best of all though, a foldable third-row seat is offered as an option. The cost for both models is really very reasonable given the Cadillac name and reputation. The base price is $36,990 for the V6 and $44,990 for the V8. The awards are just starting to come in for the SRX. It was honored with Car and Driver's Five Best Trucks "luxury SUV" award for 2004, 2005 and 2006. It was also nominated for the North American Truck of the Year award for 2004. In 2007 the SRX underwent a noteworthy makeover that included a more luxurious interior, a DVD navigation system, Bose Surround Sound, and an entertainment system. This is a great vehicle for those who like to go out with friends or who have a large family because it will comfortably seat 7 – and do so with style and grace. Just don't expect to do so while saving the earth. The SRX only gets around 15 mpg in the city and 21mpg on the highway.
